This relates to the cancelled ISB 10 finally, and no, it WAS planned, but frankly with PvZ:OR, we cancelled it.

No, with respect towards Dooberzealous, we are not allowing people to remake or recreate ISB as a sort of "successor".

I'd say....maybe not? Frankly we still have no idea on how ISB will be handled going forward.
